On 26-December-2024, I was 84 years(+) old. In 1995, I, Lloyd Sewell was advised by :London Borough of Hillingdon, my Local Authority and the UK's Small Business Service that I should approach West London Training & Enterprise Council (WLTEC), for assistance with starting my business project. |
However instead of assisting to start my business as promised, Dr Phillip Blackburn, then Chief Executive of West London Training & Enterprise Council, (Member of the British Labour Party) - stole my business icluding my Business Plans
West London Training and Enterprise Council stole my business and obtained £7.9(m)
in 1997, from the Government Office for London and developed my business project for themselves.
