Thank you for your application to IP Pro Bono and I sympathise with your situation. You mention in your application that the alleged intellectual property theft occurred in 1995 in the UK. Unfortunately, it would not be possible to bring a claim after six years (the “Limitation Period”) from the date of the infringement. In any event, we would require more evidence of the business plan that you presented to WLTEC and that you created that plan.
